Can not open Business Central Mobile app

When I try to open the BC mobile application, I get the following error:

Could not open the company

While opening company 'My company' the following error occurred 'Sorry, the current permissions prevented the action (CodeUnit System Initialization Impl. Excute)
AL stack trace: "Company Triggers" (CodeUnit 2000000003).OnCompanyOpen(Event) line 2

I have the following Permissions

can anyone tell me what is the problem here ?

Hi, It looks like a permission problem, you can temporarily grant Super permission as a test to see if there is a problem?

Have you also tried on another device? Maybe something on your device is blocking the connection? Also, can you confirm the user license is the same in Microsoft 365 Admin center for this user?
