XML Port in Web service

Hello Team,

Have created an XML to create Sales Header only.And published it in web services using method in codeunit.

Method : 

Procedure XMLOrderImport(RecImportOrder: XmlPort ImportOrderCOPY): text
    
    BEGIN
        RecImportOrder.Import();
        exit('Success');
    END;

Attached is the XML code.XML.txt

This is working well in Business Central Version 15.5. But the same code when deployed to Version 16.It is not working. Giving below error when the web service is consumed.

ERROR : recImportOrder in method XMLOrderImport in service SalesOrderTransaction is null!

Please Suggest.
