Apply Leave for Next Calendar Year

Some of the employees plan their annual leave and would want to apply for leave for next calendar year. I tried to find if there is method to apply leave, but the leave accrual will be limited to current year with expiration option set to certain days / months of next calendar year. 

can you suggest possible solution to apply for next calendar year.

    As you said, leave accrual will be limited to current year, you may need to do some customization.
