Unable to Change Logo in Dynamics 365 CX Survey Link

Hi Team,

Issue Description:
We are unable to update/change the logo displayed in the Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CX) Survey link. The logo change is not being reflected even after updating the survey branding settings.

Business Impact:
The survey is displaying an incorrect/outdated company logo, which is impacting the customer-facing branding experience.

Requested Assistance:
Please investigate And help us update the Logo in the CX Survey link And advise on the required resolution steps.
The newly uploaded logo should be displayed on the survey link.
which I have attached the new logo in this ticket

If the survey continues to display the previous logo after republishing, clearing browser cache, and allowing sufficient time for propagation, the issue is likely related to Customer Voice branding synchronization or service-side caching. Microsoft Support will be able to investigate the backend synchronization and determine why the updated branding is not being reflected on the published survey.
