Hi all,

I have multiple tenants in the same CRM server. Everything worked fine until I couldn't loggin to one of the tenant. I got the error message:

Invalid User Authorization

The user authentication passed to the platform is not valid

The other tenants are ok. I could use the same username to login.

I use the XRMToolbox to login to the problematic tenant and it works.

In short, I can login by XRMToolbox but not by browsers (tried different browsers). Where the problem is ? Is it the IIS configuration ? Why XRMToolbox can login ?

Hi,

if it were IIS, you would see the same problem for every tenant. If it were your user account, you would see the problem in XrmToolBox as well. I'd go with Neil Parkhurst's advice here:

Try private mode and see if that helps (just go directly to that tenant)
