Hi everyone;

Is it possible by custom code to take the marketing insights?

We want to take this info (specifically contacts who clicked on the redirect url) to map a field in the contact record and segment using this information.

If it is for segmentation, you can query directly from the marketing insights service using segment designer. Please refer the following links for reference:
