Employee Maintenance Screen

We're using Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015. In the Employee Maintenance screen, one of our employees sees the Codes displayed instead of the Descriptions in the Division, Department, Position and Location fields. All the other employees see the Description in those fields. Where is this set up?

Hello Trucker,

The setting to display Codes vs Descriptions is in Home > User Preferences >HR, under Organizational Display choose whichever setting you'd like.

Thank you for responding. We discovered it was due to a User Preference setting that was designated in GP / Home / User Preferences / HR / Organizational Display. Hers was set to "Code" rather than "Description". Thanks!

Sounds like this using is pointed to a modified form. When on this screen do you see a period next to the text 'Employee Maintenance' in the upper left hand corner?
