Hey guys!
Our situation: a customer fills in a form to sign up for a Whitepaper or something. To fullfill the GDPR we Need a double opt-in, so he is supposed to confirm his data in another mail.
We want the customer to klick on a button, and as a result the field "double opt-in" should switch to yes.
I really don't know how to achieve this!
I've tried erverything from Landing pages, to abonnementcenter but Nothing worked
Maybe it would help to create an own button named "confirm data", similar to the "send button", but I don't know if that is even possible.
it should look like this. As simple as possible
Hope someone can help!
Thanks a lot!

Hello!
"Double Opt In" is another term for Email Confirmation.
Dynamics 365 For Marketing helps you to follow the GDPR. For that you can setup email confirmation loops to provide Double Opt On for the event when your audience subscribes to newsletters (based on subscription lists) and gives consent on marketing forms or subscription centers.
Please follow the configuration guide for double opt in configuration. In the confirmation message you can include information about the information to be confirmed which can be the subscription lists or the consent that has been given of a marketing form.
Upcoming enhancements to subscription mechanics:
Please also review the enhancements that we provide for subscription management, which are on early access right now. This includes enhancements on transparency on your audience members about what they have subscribed to and ways that may help you to handle cases where subscriptions have not been successful.
Double Opt-In enhancements on the roadmap
We like to improve email configuration to allow for a more flexible configuration. Especially to be able to define a dedicated confirmation message per marketing form in order to match branding and communication and to put all data submitted on a form under one double opt in and be able to include respective information about the updates to be confirmed into the email marketing message.
Related topic: Consent management
On top of that you might consider enabling consent management and respect the given consent of your audience. Als the act of giving consent should be verified by double opt in.
For the consent topic first you enable the GDPR configuration in your marketing app
Then you define the minimum required consent levels on your marketing automation objects (customer journeys, lead scoring, AI functionality)
You would also include consent selector in your subscription centers and forms. If you are not sure about the consent given you can review the consent given of members your audience. For reconsenting campaigns you can build segments per consent given.
Hi Partner,
What you "double opt-in" field means ? Is it a flag that identify contacts who you would like to regard them as double opt-in contacts?
If so, you should add this field in Marketing form instead of Marketing page, set its default value to Yes and hide it.
Once contact clicked "I confirm" button and then went to Subscription Center page for updating information,
his/her information will be updated after submit.
Regards,
Clofly
