Hi All, please assist if I set email account and I get this error message, but the credentials are correct what is the next step?
 
/The SMTP server rejected the authentication request, as the authentication data is incorrect. Verify that your Username and Password are correct and that the SMTP server supports the specified authentication type (Basic). SMTP error code: 535/.

    Could it be that your smtp server needs to whitelist the IP adresses where you are trying to send e-mails from?
    Or could it be that you not have defined the port number correctly?

    Hii There,
    as per your confusion.you may have confusion for setup. for your help i attach a link from that you may get the referance for setup SMTP.
    But its marked remove so you need to do needful.
