any one know how to fix this error

in Report Selection – Sales when select Use for Email Body
get error

" The field Email Body Layout Code of table Report Selections contains a value (MS-1306-EMAIL_DEF) that cannot be found in the related table (O365 HTML Template)."

If you navigate to the Report Layout Selection, does report 1306 appear in the reports list?

By default, this is set to use a Word report layout. It is possible to switch it to the report 206 which is the existing RDLC report.

the only list I have is 1306

Can you include a screen shot of the Report Layout Selection window as well? or email it to me - Tnistler@microsoft.com . Specifically for the 1306 report settings.

Thanks, on the Report Layout Selection, can you change the selected layout to Custom Layout and then select one of the report options from the list of custom layouts. Then try to print your report. The areas all need to match for the Word template form to work.

Hi Gene,

I am not sure what issue you were hitting, but could you perhaps help us by

1. Go to Report Selection - Sales (just like you were in the first screen shot)

2. Right-click on a column and select the action "Choose columns"

3. Tick off "Email Body Layout Code" and click OK

4. In the field "Email Body Layout Code" either clear it or click ... to select another value.

5. Check if you still get the error.

I'm glad to hear that you are up and running again where you are able to select an Email Body Layout Description and to email the Sales Invoices to your Customers.
