Unable to edit Financial report - Management reporter

Hi All,
 
We are unbale to edit the Financial reports(Management reporter) in General ledger  in SAT environment , but able to edit in UAT environment.
 
Getting the below error.
 
Please advice how we can resolve this issue.

    This appears to be a Microsoft bug.  I've seen this issue, or one similar to it, reported a number of times over the last few days on this forum.  I just tried launching FR in two different Contoso environments and get the same error.  I would submit a Microsoft support ticket for assistance.

    We are unable to edit Financial reports in SAT and it is on 10.0.39 version. 
     
    But we are able to edit in UAT and it is on lowest version. 
     
    Is there anything in latest service update 10.0.39 causing this issue.
