Will the wages change or be incorrect on a W2 if the federal and state tax code boxes are unchecked within a paycode?

Hi, this is Terry and I can help you.
Even those the taxes are not marked, it will still update gross wages. Only a Business Expense pay code pay type will not update gross wages.
