Queue -buttons missing cannot see remove, route, pick buttons on queue

we haven't done any changes recently but today when we open CRM and navigate to queues we cannot see any buttons to "Remove" , "Pick" or "Route" and etc... queue items.

only options we can see are "set as default View" , Chart pane , "view" , New System View , Customize entity and system views

how do we get back the normal buttons that supposed to be in top of queue view please?

we have on premises version 8 and both Chrome and Edge does not show these buttons

After publish queue Entity command bar appeared again... all fixed but wired we haven't done any changes yesterday.

how? some one hide the buttons , now in the organisation happen to be done any changes
