SSIS data migration handing blank lookups and defaulting populated lookups to a crm admin

Hello

we are using data migration template with ssis to import on premise data t cloud. i have an issue with a user lookup field that can sometimes be blank or set to a user which may be current or disabled user in source. I am using text lookup to owneridname fullname and setting default to an admin user if no match is found. issue here is i cannot seem to handle blank values and defaulting disabled users to admin in one txt lookup. I have used scribe in past but am new to land of Kingsy.
