It should be possible to send emails within BC from individual mailboxes or shared mailboxes.
We work with different groups Sales, Accounting, Expidition. How or when will this be possible?
Why only one SMTP sender?

I am not sure i understand your question. You would like to have multiple senders for an e-mail? Or be able to send the email from a generic shared mailbox?
If you want to send from a generic shared mailbox then i would recommend creating a Queue in CRM with the email address of the generic shared mailbox and send emails from this queue.
