Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Business Central

We have had a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Business Edition environment setup for a while. We expected that on April 2nd that our environment would look like the Business Central environments that we have seen release videos for. We also expected we would see additional functionality outlined in the release videos, such as service and manufacturing.

Nothing has changed in our environment since the release of Business Central. Is this not an automatic rollover from existing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Business Edition environments to the new Business Central environment?

The update to Business Central is being handled exactly the same as all previous updates. New sign-ups are on the new version as of April 2nd. Existing environments will be updated over the next few weeks.
