Hello,
Is there a way that I can ask the applicant for financial information that can be shown in a grid format?
I'm asking for a budget from the applicant that can enter their own rows with 3 columns of information as so:
Is this possible on customer voice?

What you are looking for is a data entry form. Customer Voice is meant for survey form.
So I would not say that it's a design limitation, just that you are using the wrong tool
