Salespeople responding to the outbound marketing email as a follow-up

Hello,
 
I want salespeople to be able to respond to marketing emails I send through Dynamics. This would allow them to work in a single email thread rather than starting the new one. I have enabled a feature which puts the marketing emails on the timeline, but there's no option to respond or forward it. Can it be done some way?
