    You can use below process with a bit of customization to achieve your reqirement.

    You can use Planning Worksheet to create the Production Order. Refer following links for more details.

    Also, you can directly create the Production Order from Sales Order Screen.

    Sales Order > Actions > Click Planning > Create Prod. Order.

    You can use Requisition Worksheets for Purchase Orders and calculate the demand based on the sales orders and available stock and reorder point policy.
