This fix includes reverse charge calculation of SB cess as well (temporary of course). You have two pages SBCess Vendors which allows you to make SB Cess Rev Chrge payment Vend and also the the same for SB Cess Govt.
The following is the effect when Rev Chrge calculation takes place:
Tentative Microsoft Patch release date:
NAV 2013 R2: 22nd Jan 2016
NAV 2013: 01st Feb 2016

I was able to develop a temporary hotfix which works for my clients right now. It has some technical change based on that total calculation is done when calculating structure for normal as well as reverse charge.

I have already tried that. The response that I got was there is no surety. So, I gave it a try here.

Instead of asking question here I would suggest to log a case on Microsoft Support Portal.
If the issue is already locked by someone you will receive the hotfix.
** You can only lock issue in NAV 2013 or NAV 2013 R2 as NAV 2009 is no longer supported by Microsoft.
If they accept your request there will not be a hotfix, the fix will be released in next cumulative update.
