Activity attachment on the social pane

Hi,

In the case record's social pane, i need each activity to show if it has an attachment (ie portal comments with attachments)

This is so that the service guys can glance quickly to see which activities have attachments. Can this be done without coding?

It looks like even if you expand the activity, you can't see if it has an attachment. You have to open up the activity to see if there is one.

    Hi J,

    Unfortunately, this is not possible in a straight forward/ standard way because the attachments are stored in notes entity which are attached to portal comments.

    One option/ workaround is to append the subject with some kind of flag which can tell if there is a note or not. For this, you can create a workflow on Notes entity and then check if it is regarding portal comment, if yes then append the subject.
