Hi,
I was checking the seniority list report and could see the same US employees being fetched in other legal entities.
Isn't the analytics and SSRS reports legal entity specific.? If not, is there any way to make that happen.
Why would HR of APAC be interested to see birthdays or anniversaries of US employees.

Some tables are shared resources that may have relation to one or more entities across FO. Workers for instance could have employment in different entities, reason why by standard SSRS reports relating to worker would display all.
You can however, customize your SSRS reports to be shows based on entities.

In Dynamics 365, Some reports are legal entity specific, and some are shared but again it depends on tables.
For example, Workforce report is shared and company specific. Same with compensation and benefits.
If you have specific requirement when table is shared in dynamics, and you need to make it legal entity specific then you will need customization.
