Client creates a PO for services for a project, which shows up as a committed cost - e.g. $100,000
The consultants are entering timecards on a weekly basis, which when approved update the project - e.g. $5,000 so when we look at the project costs it shows as PTD - $5,000, Committement - $100,000 and Totals of $105,000.
They would like somehow to have the committed amount releived of te $5,000 so that the committement value after week 1 shows $95,000.
Is this possible?
