Are the marketing entities available in the unified interface for v9 On Premise? We have it installed in a development region and we get the following error anytime we try to add the following entities:

Campaign

Campaign Activity

Campaign Response

Marketing List

The Marketing List entity isn't valid for the chosen client, and won't be shown at runtime. (the same error is given for the entities above)

Is there a planned update from Microsoft to address this issue? Is there a published article from Microsoft that talks about this? Any help is appreciated.

This is V9 on Premise.

Hi Tara,

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) in its V9.0 version has a very limited and in fact early version of the Unified Interface.
The gaps that you have shared are expected and by-design.

I will try to update you when plans for on-premise updates are shared publicly.

Thank you. We are trying to decide if we should wait on an updated version. We like the look and feel of the unified version but don't want to limit the ability to reference these entities for our users. And the old web version doesn't have the same appeal in V9.

Hello Tara,

The v9.1 version of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement on-premises is around the corner and is planned for Q2 of 2021.
With a few limitations that will be documented, it should contain an updated version of Unified Interface that will be close to the capabilities that were released in the October 2020 online version (2020 Release Wave 2).

We really need the ability to 'Add to Marketing List' in the unified interface and we're on premises. How sure are you that this is coming in V9.1 during Q2, 2021 ?
