Need RMS HQ 2.0 Implementation Guide

I am trying to find the RMS 2.0 Implementation guide, particularly the one for RMS Headquarters.

I tried the link on PartnerSource (https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource/deployment/documentation/installationandsetup/rmsimplementationguide.htm?printpage=false) but it takes me to a Page Not Found message.

 

Does anyone have a copy of the RMS Implementation Guide in PDF format? If so, could you please forward it to me, or post a link where I might download it myself?
