Dear community,
It looks like the function to follow a case do not work anymore on our side we do not receive any emails while following a case.
I was wondering if anyone is having the same issue? we have our system located in North America.

Hi Lau,
What you want is that sending email to the use who follow the case, right?
Maybe you can create a workflow to achieve it.
When you click ‘Follow’ button on the case form, one related follow record will be created.
So you can go Settings > Process to create a new workflow in the ‘follow’ entity.
