Does anyone know if you can or are you currently running both the Project Accounting and the Manufacturing Job Cost Modules for GP 10.0? Our business really requires us to run both but can not find any information on the abilty to run both.

I have implemented project accounting alongside manufacturing. I suggest you utilize specific inventory sites solely for Project Accounting separate from MFG inventory sites..... Transfers can still be made between the MFg sites and PA sites. This is specially true if you utilize PA in a R&D environment or pre-production (eligible for tax credits).
Job costing in MFG is separate from Project Accounting and information from MFG does not necessarily transfer to Project Accounting and vice versa. Several businesses use MFG for their production and use Project Accounting for their Pre-Production/Modelshop/R&D activities.
There are configuration considerations around Purchase Order/Receiving/Transfers and business processes that should be reviewed.
