My marketing team needs to generate a marketing list based off industry. In this list they want all contacts that are part of certain industry. I can easily get all primary contacts however unable to get all related contacts. Am I missing something or is this a limitation of CRM Online. Please advise.

Where you've selected "Accounts (Primary Contact)", do you not have an option "Company Name (Account)"? That relationship will give you contacts joined to accounts by the contact's parent account field. You can then filter the account type by industry.
I have updated my post with a picture. Industry field is not exposed under Contacts. So if I want results based of industry, I will need to go through Account entity and the only option available is Accounts(Primary Contact).
All contacts need to fetch if all the records maintained in same entity. Please share your query for more clarification if it is possible.
