What do you mean?
If regarding permissions and modules for your license, you have to download the license TXT file from your PartnerSource or Customersource account. In this file you have all the details about acquired modules or permission ranges for your license.
Open Microsoft Dynamics NAV2016 Development environment and click Tools - License Information.
