Hi! i have working with dynamics marketing during last year but open rates still low. about 20% in media. we have no set up de dmarc (this could be a problem?) our emails are arriving in many cases to spam folder (gmail)... the customers of the database are people that are subscribing to our communicacions so spected open rate shoud be higer than 20%... any idea about set ups that can improbe open rate? your open rates are similar?.
