We are setting up an integration where we have to convert multiselect picklist text values to the internal multiselect values of Dynamics 365. In order to do this, we should be able to either:
- set the value by using the textual labels: eg A, B, C
- retrieve all possible values of the multiselect optionset so we can do the conversion ourselves.
If one of these options is feasible, how would we have to do this?
