Unsecured or incorrectly secured fault occur when making connection

Currently there is an application to retrieve data from Dynamic CRM DB, but starting from last Sat (05 May), the following error keeps occurring in making connection to Dynamic CRM.

Until yesterday (07 May) the situation sudden resume normal, but I have not make any change in application side.

I also confirmed that there is no time sync issue in server side, although there is no problem now, I cannot confirm if the same issue will occur again.

Do anyone have idea about my issue?

    It is Online.

    Any tool to test the connection if the problem occur again?

    Is this on-prem or online?  This can be so many things.  Could be something with the port connection, could be server degradation at times if the server is maxed out.   Need more detail on how the connection is made..
