AX2012R2 AOS installation issue

Installing AX2012R2 on Windows Server 2016. I have done this a number of times, but on one server when I run the AOS installer it opens the Windows Installer V5.0.14393.0 screen and does not proceed. It also does not create the objectServer64 log file referenced, and no other information is present.

I have done a clean install on this server, butI cannot get past this issue.

I have used the same installation disks on three other servers, all work fine, so why this machine?

I have checked the OS installation is clean, and also ensured all updates are present on the system. What would make one machine act this way compared to the others.

Have you checked Event Viewer ? , Have you checked & compare Update Levels on other Servers ?

Have you used Same Media for OS and AX like you used previously ?.
