Good Afternoon-

Just want to verify something regarding customer sales pricing in Nav. Does it always grab the lowest price?

Say I have a Customer Price Group on a customer where an item is $40. If, on my customer, I have also chosen Customer for sales pricing and added a line for $50 for that customer and specific item. From all of my testing, it looks like it will always pull the $40 price. If I change my Customer Sales Price to $30, it will pull that.

My client is arguing that Customer Sales Price should supersede the Price Group -- regardless of the amount.

I'm assuming it always grabs the lowest. Anyone have any thoughts? I just want to make sure I am telling them the right thing.

NAV always offers the lowest sales price, it doesn't matter from where.
