You can use Configuration Migration Tool (DataMigrationUtility.exe), available in SDK. Export all the leads, then change the Status (2:Disqualified) and Status Reason to (4,5,6 or 7) in the XML file (data.xml). Choose disable plugin while exporting.
Import it back using the same tool.
