How to create a plugin to SERVICE ACTIVITY entity

Hi,
My situation is, I have a workflow which creates sms using SERVICE ACTIVITY entity, I have been asked to change the format of vanilla field: schedulestart , so I created a plugin and tried to registar it with pluginregtool but I couldn't find the service activity entity... how can I reach it or what are my options to use plugin with that Vanilla entity.

If you want to register a plugin on the OOB Service Activity you will have to select the primary entity as serviceappointment which is the logical name of the Service Activity entity.

Hi Sahara,

Are you talking about the service entity or a custom entity? In either case, you will need to select the corresponding entity as the primary entity when registering a new step in the plugin registration tool.
