Multi-Select Choice Columns

Looking to see if there is a way to have the layout of a multi-select choice response list be shown in a few columns instead of them all one column. 

Similar to display as below: 

  • Option 1

    Option2

    Option 3

    Option 4

    Option 5

    Option 6

    Option 7

    Option 8

    Option 9

    If so would you be able to provide how you displayed a list like this in your response.
