In the dynamics 365 V9.0 release, we found that the booking dates in field service module are not generated automatically.
We have followed below steps:
In the Field service setting, we have kept the “Generate Booking dates in Advance” for 18 months.
We created an agreement and Booking setup.
On the booking setup, we have set the Booking Recurrence too as follows:
Then later, “Activate” the Agreement.
The booking dates are automatically generated in lower version by above settings, but in dynamics 365 V9.0, booking date records are not getting generated.
Please provide the solution for generating booking dates automatically and also let us know if we are missing anything.
