I deleted all SDK Message Processing Steps in my default solution by mistake. I saved and published the changes (oops).
How can I roolback this, how can I get my Dynamics back like it was 2 minutes earlier?

Is this online or on-premises? If it is on-premises then you can restore a backup of the database as a new organization, import it using the deployment manager tool.
Next you can create a new unmanaged solution and include the steps you've deleted earlier, export it (as unmanaged) and import in the original organization.
Also, I recommend taking regular backups of your solutions as unmanaged, so you can restore them in sandbox organizations and then export the items you've deleted.
I do not think you will be able to recover if you deleted it.
If you remove it from your solution then you can add it from the default solution.
You have recover it from DB backup.
