Hi,
we have customized several choices / optionsets on our DEV by removing existing options.
We deploy our solution as managed with "overwrite customizations".
On the target stage the choice/optionsset have still the removed options.
Of course - we can use JS/TypeScript to "removeOption" - but is this not possible by a deployment?

thanks for your response.
It is default optionset therefore we ware the second layer - the first one is Microsoft.
There are no other layer or customizations on this optionset.
The question is: Is it possible to remove default values from exisiting optionsets by managed deployment?

Hello Martin,
I would recommend checking the layering of solutions in your destination environment. We experienced a similar situation when the component (optionset) was shared by a few managed solutions and solution layering caused that issue.
