Why do I get a script error when trying to open and account or order?

Hello,

A couple of days ago all users started receiving a 'Scrip Error' pop-up whenever we open up an account order however, I'm confused as to why this is happening because we have made no changes at all recently.

When opening an account we get the below;

"Cannot read property 'getFormContext' of undefinedSession Id: 1a88561e-5b7a-42f2-9a0e-ada5f5b782f8Correlation Id: 8b4ab0f1-095c-491f-b839-f133663e9fffEvent Name: onloadWeb Resource Name: msdyn_/Account/Account.Library.jsSolution Name: msdyn_FieldService_patch_updatePublisher Name: microsoftdynamicsTime: Tue Nov 03 2020 10:45:06 GMT+0000 (Greenwich Mean Time)"

When opening an order we get the below;

"Web resource method does not exist: FS.Order.Library.LoadSession Id: 002c8a5a-8b87-49cc-a79e-380a0005e4e0Correlation Id: 6237ad7e-046b-4a2b-b43a-c026e3a742cdEvent Name: onloadTime: Tue Nov 03 2020 10:47:34 GMT+0000 (Greenwich Mean Time)"

Could someone please advise how I would fix this?

It looks like an error in firstparty apps. I would recommend to get in touch with support and open the case to get your issue resolved.
