I'm still new to GP, and I've been tasked with helping to setup the system to create EFTs.
So far, I've been working around in the 'EFT File Format Maintenance' window. Our bank is not listed in the available choices, so I've had to create them as a user defined.
My current issue is with a field in the File Header. The bank specs require a blank filler field with a length of 1406 to be appended on the end of the header. As I understand it, I can create this as blank constant field, but I appear to be limited to a max length of 99. (There are also multiple non-blank fields in other parts of the file spec that expect sizes greater then 99)
Anyone have an idea what I might be doing wrong? The only way I can see around this right now is to append multiple blank fields of length 99 until I reach a total size of 1406.
Also, any pointers to good documentation for setting up EFTs would be greatly appreciated.
