Create variable allocation account in GP 2010

We accidentally deleted an allocation account in GP 2010. We've seen posts saying to recreate the allocation account then change the index number to the old account number, but we don't know how to create the allocation account.

Go to financial cards under allocation account create a new fixed or variable allocation account.
