Customer voice with Dynamics Sales

Hi all,

I need to send a customer voice survey to a list of Dynamics Sales contacts, and track answers on contact files.

How's integration is working?

I will build my customer voice survey first, by adding email field (I don't want the survey to be anonymous).

But how can i select my list of contact? from Dynamics Maketing segment? From automating Customer voice with Power automate?

Should i install Customer voice app for Dynamics Sales?

When survey is sent, how can i  get insights and monitor answers directly from my Dynamics Contacts.

    Hi,

    1. You don't need to add the email field.  Customer Voice and D365 will take care of that.
    2. Yes, you need to install the Customer Voice App in the environments you want it to be available to and assign the licenses to your users as well as the required roles.
    3. To add recipients from D365, you would need to use Power Automate.  You can find out more here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/send-survey-from-dynamics-365

    i finally found out that customer journey email element should be set up with customer voice.

    Yes, if you add the survey to a journey you will be able to send to the members of that journey.
