Is there a way to post a message on several facebook pages or several twitter accounts simultaneously, i.e. Publish the same message from Social Engagement in multiple accounts at the same time?

Once you post a message to from Social Engagement to one of your FB pages or Twitter accounts, you will get an option to post the same message to another account. You can repeat the process to post the same message to multiple accounts.

Publishing the same message to multiple accounts with '1-click' is on the roadmap.

In SE you can only post as one account at a time even if you have multiple set up. If you are using Dynamics Marketing that allows you to post through multiple accounts at the same time and also to Facebook and Twitter at the same time.
