D365 App for Outlook : Reply to tracked emails not appearing in D365

I have tracked one email in my mailbox and in D365 one email message got created. This is working fine. When i reply to the tracked email in my mailbox it's not appearing in D365. I have to track it manually so that it'll appear in D365. 

Any suggestions how reply to any tracked email will appear in D365 automatically?

I am using Outlook 2013 and D365 version 8.2.
