How does MSM account for emissions from outsourced or subcontracted operations?

    According to what I found with the GHG Protocol these will fall under Category 3.  MSM has full support on calculating all 15 categories of scope 3.  To determine which category, this will depend based on what the outsourced activity is that you are referring to.
