Item takes another price while posting sales order.

Hello all,

I am facing a strange problem whith an item while i try to create a SO with this item.

The item price on item card, but even on customer card (On prices and discounts tab) is everywhere set to 4, but when i create a SO with this item it takes the value 4.25 , the price is without tax .

What can be happen? which are the possibilities that this price is changed?

    Nertila,

    The Unit Price on the Item Card shows 4 and when looking at Customer/Prices, all types, the Customer and Item do not appear with a different Unit Price with any Starting or Ending Dates? Also, look under Items and Sales Prices as well.

    Hi Steve,

    Everywhere is set the price 4..On items > Prices and discounts, item > Sales Price...even on the customer card for this item we have the price 4, what else can i check?

    Nertila,

    Very strange. My immediate suggestion is to have your Partner debug this in a Sandbox. If you copy Production to a Sandbox your partner can debug and tell you why the value appears.
