We have enabled dual write in our FnO env. The sales order and customer data is syncing to our IOM env.
Facing issue with Products data which doesnt sync even after the initial sync ran successfully.
Is there any dependency entity for product which needs to running to sync products to IOM.
Should work, try updating the name or similar in FnO and see if it gets populated in IOM or if you get any error message of data missing. Might need to activate the products in the CE/IOM environment.
Hi Manisha,
Could you share a screenshot of the exact error message that you are seeing?
Hi!
This is kind a tricky, and not ideal if you ask me, but the Dataverse entity that is used for Products in IOM is called "product" but the mapping you provided in the screenshot is against the "msdyn_globalproduct". If you use F&O, the ideal setup (to me at least) is to use the "msdyn_globalproduct" and "msdyn_sharedproductdetail" (Released products V2), especially if you use configurations on your product. But that means that this can´t be used with the standard setup of none of the CE applications. However, there is a standard mapping provided for the product as well, so you can try to use that one instead =)
In order to enable syncing of the products, you have to enable the below entity.
Also sharing the documentation for any entities that should be enabled to get unified product experience.
Let us now if you have any issues.
