I am very new to Dynamics. I am trying to connect Power BI to Dynamics to create some dashboards. I am looking for the table that stores the descriptions for the option sets. For example I want to display the description for new_lifecylestage from the contacts table, We are using the online version of Dynamics.

The details of optionset field like text and value in MSCRM are stored in StringMap table. In order to get the text of "new_lifecyclestage" field options in contact entity, apply inner join between Contact and StringMap table.
